Who we are

The Northern Rep Company is a new professional theatre company based in Grimsby. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us at hello@thenorthernrepcompany.com.

What we collect and why

When you join our launch list we collect your email address. We use it only to send you news about our launch and our first season. We rely on your consent to do this. After you sign up we send you an email asking you to confirm, and we only add you to the list once you do.

Who else sees it

We never sell or share your email address. It is stored on our website, which is hosted in the UK by Krystal. Our emails are sent using MailPoet, which may process your email address in the USA under the safeguards UK data protection law requires. Nobody else has access to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we stop using the list, we will delete it.

Your rights

– You can unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time, using the link in any email we send or by emailing us.

– You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

– If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
